What is Club W?

Club W is the first women’s only lifestyle space providing a wide variety of activities that allow you to improve your overall health and wellbeing. Let Club W become your second home.

What are your opening hours?

Please refer to the Find Us page for our opening hours and staffed hours. Our club is partially unstaffed in the morning, members can still access our facilities during these unstaffed hours.

How do I join Club W?

You can register for a free visit anytime by clicking here. You can simply come visit us in the club and we will help you get started!

How do I access the Club?

All Club W members will have a home key which can be used to access the club. Simply swipe your key at the entrance.

For any non-members we recommend visiting the club and use the doorbell during staffed hours.

Can I try out Club W before becoming a member?

Yes! We would love to welcome you to the Club. Simply click here to obtain our FREE visit pass.

Is there Parking available?

Yes! There is easy and free 2 hours parking available underneath Coles – entry via Willarong Road. To find out more about our location click here.

Where & When do I pick up my Welcome pack?

All new Club W members receive a welcome pack containing a Yoga Mat, Mat bag, Mat tag, tote bag and their home key. You can collect this on your first visit to the club during staffed hours.

Are there lockers available to store my things & do I need to bring a padlock?

Yes! We have locked space available to use, no padlocks are required.

Should I bring a towel?

Yes! We encourage all members to bring a towel with them while they take part in Activity.

Do I need to bring my own Mat?

We encourage all members to bring their own Club W Mats with them when taking part in a Virtual Activity class. All members receive a complimentary Mat, Mat bag and Mat tag.

I have lost my Mat what should I do?

If you lose your Mat don’t worry we can easily replace it for only $25

What changing facilities do you have available?

In the Club we have a lux bathroom and changing area for our women to unwind in. Here you can find hair dryers and straighteners.

What is the Club W Wellness lounge?

In our wellness lounge area you can relax, recharge and connect with other women. Enjoy complimentary organic teas and sparkling mineral water while browsing through one of our many lifestyle magazines and books available.

What is Virtual Activity and what classes are on offer?

We have four virtual rooms which offer a huge variety of Move123 classes. These classes range from low intensity classes such as Yoga, Meditation, Pilates & Stretch right through to high intensity classes such as Cardio, Dance, Barre, Strength and Fight. We offer a range of class time formats for all levels including 5, 10, 20 and 30 minute sessions.These classes are sure to get your body moving, blood flowing, and endorphins releasing!

Is there a timetable for the Virtual Activity classes?

Yes! You can view our timetable here. Also via the Club W App, available for iOS and Android. There is no need to book into a class just simply turn up, bring your mat and enjoy the class.

What are Active Education sessions?

We believe in taking the holistic approach to health and wellbeing and that's why we have a dedicated Active Education space dedicated to the mind and soul. This space provides Treadmills, Cross trainers and Bikes to use while listening to short videos from Mind123. The Mind123 educational videos cover a broad range of topics aimed to educate, motivate, and inspire you. Topics covered include Health, Nutrition, Beauty, Self, Wealth and Relationships.

Is there a timetable for Active Education Sessions?

Not at this moment, the active education videos are playing on the TVs in front of you while you take part in some activity on our treadmills, cross trainers and/or bikes.

Do I need to wear shoes while taking part in a class?

We recommend no shoes for our Yoga, Pilates, Meditation, Stretch and Barre classes.

Can I hire the Club W space?

Our space is beautiful and we want everyone to be able to enjoy it. To make an enquiry about holding an event or workshop in our space please contact [email protected].

Will I be locked into a membership contract?

We hope that you would never want to cancel but if you do all we ask for is a minimum of two weeks written notice to terminate membership either via email or to the club. Notice is taken from the next available debit date.

What if I want to cancel my membership?

A minimum of two weeks written notice is required to terminate membership either via email or delivered to the club. This notice is taken from the next available direct debit date. Termination fee may apply if cancelled within the minimum term of a commitment membership.

Is there a place where I can do work & is there wifi available?

Yes! We have two workstations available for use in the Club. Simply bring your laptop or notes along and enjoy the space. We currently don’t have Wi-Fi available for use however we are looking into options for later this year.

Do you offer a creche?

We don't offer a crèche service within the Club W space, but the great thing about our timetables is that they are set up to have classes running throughout the day. We have 200 virtual classes running daily which gives you a wide variety of options to choose from and a lot more freedom and flexibility timewise. This allows busy parents to pop in and fit in a class when it suits them best.
